林海双,男,中国科学技术大学苏州高等研究院副研究员,主要从事利用基因密码子扩展技术对蛋白的定点修饰,从而调控干细胞/类器官发育分化及无义突变疾病治疗研究;利用CRISPR/Cas9Prime editing等基因编辑技术构建类器官体外疾病模型,并研究疾病的发病机理和进行药物筛选研究。目前共发表SCI论文36篇,其中以第一/共一作者在TheranosticsBiomaterials, Advanced Healthcare MaterialsBiofabrication, Stem Cell Reports等杂志公开发表SCI论文18篇;谷歌学术总引用1404次, H-index 22。担任AJBLS, Scientific Reports等期刊审稿人,及JoVE杂志的Invited Guest editor
