陈东学博士,中国科学技术大学苏州高等研究院/物理学院,双聘特任研究员。2016年获中国科学院大学国家纳米科学中心理学博士学位。博士毕业后先后赴南方科技大学、北京大学、美国伦斯勒理工学院从事博士后和科研助理研究工作。主要研究方向为新型先进半导体物理性质与器件性能研究,包括半导体材料制备、光电器件以及电子学和光谱学研究等。截至目前,已发表论文近30篇,授权发明专利2项,其中近年来,以第一/共一作者在Nature Physics (1篇)、 Nature Communications (4篇)、Nano LettersNanoscale等国际高水平知名期刊发表论文8篇。

 课题组与国家纳米科学中心、南方科技大学、福田国际量子研究院、北京大学和美国伦斯勒理工学院以及卡耐基梅隆大学等国内外知名院校具有良好的合作关系。欢迎物理、微电子、光学、材料、化学等专业背景的学生加入本课题组。欢迎相关研究领域的博士加盟本课题组进行博士后合作研究。
