  陈东学,中国科学技术大学物理学院/苏州高等研究院,双聘特任教授,博士生导师,国家级高层次青年人才,中国科学院青年人才。2016年获国家纳米科学中心凝聚态物理博士学位。博士毕业后先后赴南方科技大学、北京大学、美国伦斯勒理工学院从事博士后和助理研究员工作。主要研究方向为低维半导体物理性质与器件性能研究,包括二维莫尔超晶格激子物理以及电子学和光谱学研究等。截至目前,已发表论文30余篇,授权发明专利2项,其中近年来,以第一/共一作者在Nature Physics (1)Nature Photonics (1) Nature Communications (4)Nano Letters (3)等国际高水平知名期刊发表论文。Nature Communications Nano Letters等国际知名期刊审稿人。

  课题组与国家纳米科学中心、南方科技大学、深圳国际量子研究院、北京大学和卡耐基梅隆大学等国内外知名院校具有良好的合作关系。欢迎物理、微电子、光学、材料、化学等专业背景的学生加入本课题组。欢迎相关研究领域的博士加盟本课题组进行博士后合作研究。
